I got a 4x4x8, flowering four right now.....working great, got a 4 inch fan and a 6 inch carbon filter, 600 watt switchable light, bout 4' tall, first real grow in the tent, i use my fridge for clones and seedlings...im happy with it!! Older pic...

i have a couple males that I abuse just to see their limits and to work on LSTing, Pinching, Fimming and so on with before i try it on my females.....you would be surprised how much abuse it can take..

Trust me it's pretty obvious....you can really tell when they are healthy......when they want water the leaves start to droop.....you can see that they are dehydrated......over time you will be able to read this from your plant......any discolorations mean something.....growing in hydro you have...
