    Led lighting do they work

I used 2x 400w HPS and CFL sides before I switched. A general rule of thumb when shopping - look to replace HID with anywhere from 1/2 to 2/3 the wattage you had with HID (output wattage on a true 3w chipset lamp). If you read the journal you probably saw I'm of the opinion you'd be better...

    Question About Autoflowering ak47 Strain

ditto on the 24/0 to let them reach maximum potential. 12/12 doesn't work nearly as well. I wouldn't run 24/0 with HID, just seems like a potential fire hazard.

How do YOU Pay For Seeds?

I use the single seed centre and have a friend order them for me with his CC. He gets some free nuggets when they're done. Very simple and easy. I usually pay anywhere from 10-18 usd per feminized seed. Usually paying more for good genetics is the right plan, sometimes its just BS marketing...

Is 12/12 From Seed Worth The Time Saved?

Yeah I've had some Short Stuff disasters and no longer patronize that seedbank. Him Blue Diesel is hands down the worst auto (in terms of potency) I've ever grown. Big Buddah, Sagmantha, and Delicious seeds bring the heat with their autos.

Is 12/12 From Seed Worth The Time Saved?

Yeah you'll never grow big donkey dicks like you can with a well vegged photo, but I've grown plenty of photos and if you're a small hobby garden it is so much easier. I've traded auto for photo bud and haven't had a gripe with my fellow gardening enthusiasts. The weight is still there for the...

Is 12/12 From Seed Worth The Time Saved?

I know people who grow photos in my area, if you take really good care of your autos and most importantly have good genetics they'll stand up to most but not all photoperiod. Have you smoked much auto flowers and if so were they from a just auto garden or were they side projects on photoperiod...

    Cream Caramel Auto Grow

yes if you want to max them out - some caramel I grew a couple months back in 5 gallon pots. Give the roots enough room to grow and you'll be rewarded.

Is 12/12 From Seed Worth The Time Saved?

Right, I'm using LEDs that are under a 3 year warranty. I used to use HPS but the real way to max out autos for quick production is LED (if you want to save money and make growing autos worth your while). I know and trust the company having bought several lamps from them. I pretty much...

AUTO Flower dilema!~WHICH LIGHT? HPS OR MH? and FOR HOW LONG??

Perfect for one plant man. 20-4 light cycle is probably best for HID auto grows. Fine to use HPS the whole way through.

    Anyone Ever Grow Automatic Jack

Yeah that's a BS auto, shouldn't be labeled as such if it won't flower under ANY light cycle. If you can create a cab or dark room for it do it, if not do not sacrifice your timing on the rest of your crop for one plant. 12/12 on a true auto will not give you max yield.

    Cream Caramel Auto Grow

Now if the roots are growing out of the container. It is best to never inhibit root growth. I start my autos in peat pots in a humidity dome and move them to a 5 gallon pot several days after they've sprouted.

    What Light on Auto Flower

a well bred autoflower will flower under ANY light cycle. I run my lights 23.5 on .5 off. I switched to LED for several reasons. First decreased electricity consumption - I now run at 1/2 the wattage I used to use and have not sacrificed yield. Secondly the heat, I was running 2X 400w...
