I don't think so, the only MG I saw that could even be used to grow weed is the yellow bottle All Purpose Plant food the rest have even amounts of N and K.

Was it swag bad swag? I saw someone try and grow the best seeds from some mexican brick weed they got for 30$ a oz. and he used all the best methods and the plants still failed no matter what.

It's a good idea cause the bag can easily be transplanted into anything. I could see this going wrong quick for me though by tipping the bag over. Roots will press up against the bag and get exposed to light and roots will die if light hits them constantly.

Lighting type? How close is it? How are the leaves? Bag seed?

You may need less, most days I would spray twice a day, just wet it enough to saturate the soil right where the plant comes out and leave a little around it dry so you can see the soil dry out around the plant. Plants like a constant light schedule and watering schedule.

Do you have a spray bottle you can use it really helps to just spray for up to the first month or when the plants done being a seedling. I didn't start a watering schedule until a month, but I did do a few things wrong with my first plants.

All these things are things you're going to have to really figure out on your own if you want to become a good gardener you're going to have to learn to read soil moisture and the signs plants give off. All I can really say is don't use nutrients until 5 blade leafs show up or 4 nodes are well...
