    PPM rises past desired level

And your ppm schedule is on point. Again, change nothing. Do nothing lol.

    PPM rises past desired level

Absolutely. Soil plants go bonkers (in a bad way) if the ppm goes above 1000 ppm, generally. That's because you're feeding the soil. At least that's what you're supposed to think.... Soil roots then do their part to assimilate the elements. DWC plants have water roots. So, in DWC, or...

Help with 1000w hps bulb selection

Ewww. Stay away from the hortilux blue. I worked at a hydro store (chain) and we sold a lot of those. And you know what? No other 1000 watt bulb had more service issues than that damn Hortilux Blue. Just a heads up. You'd think for the price you're getting something good. Not the case here...

    Help, this keeps happening! Deficiency?

Ouch, man. That looks like a clusterfuck of problems. If you have R.O. water, then why not use 90-100% R.O. water? That may be your problem. GH flora Series provides more than enough Calcium, and if you are throwing any more than 50+ extra PPM of Calcium in your mix, you will most likely see...

    Yellow+curling leaves

When it is time, when the pots get light, water with distilled h20. Wait for them to dry, then feed with your nutes + tap water. Only use distilled for the flush. Forget the other waters beyond that. Tap tap tap. Tap got you that far. Use your arrowhead water for your lemonade...

    Yellow+curling leaves

And PS- Don't worry about the chlorine. It's another myth. Most of it is already dissolved, what you smell is incidental Cl. Most of it still remains in tap water, and you know what? Plants actually REQUIRE chlorine. Another trace mineral, just like Zn and Fe. Cl is used is...

    Yellow+curling leaves

And X the washers and screws. You can maybe soak a few in h2o and give it a foliar spray lol but I've never heard of such a thing. You don't want to add it to your soil, because too much zinc is just as horrible as too little. It's a trace metal that only has about 50 ppm of play before shit...

    Yellow+curling leaves

OK, so you switched to arrowhead water? Whatever the case, your plants were doing well, then you switched your water source. That could be your problem. Arrowhead is spring water. It COULD have sodium, or a ridiculous amount of Ca in it. Not sure. If it does have sodium (Na) in it, it...

    PPM rises past desired level

How's that for advice-- Do NOTHING. lol. Go through my posts. That's about half of my answers. I doubt you will come across too many grow techs, let alone the owner of a nutrient company (me!) that tells ya to do nothing half the time!

    PPM rises past desired level

Hell yeah! That's could DEFINITELY the origin of that ph myth. You'll see over the course of this grow that is indeed not a fish :P

    Yellow+curling leaves

Ok. What did you feed those babies, first of all? Gimme the lowdown-- your water-- tap or ro'distilled starting ppm if any what you fed them three days ago and also, if it was different than what you've been normally feeding them, ie additives. Tell me everything. Well, not EVERYTHING...

    Yellow+curling leaves

OUCH! This is interesting, because it appears as though only the new growth is affected. This could be a metal deficiency, with is brought on by obscene amounts of P. Calcium looks more like a burn that causes the leaves to slowly disintegrate and just fall apart. Also, new, fresh, incoming...

My leaves are turning yellow please help!

A+ advice. Purple stems are textbook N deficiency. Sulfur, too, but that is typically coupled with N deficiency, because S relies on N. Or vice versa... Like the man said, don't go crazy with it.

    Need help please

Yesireeee. N def. Nitrogen deficiencies can open the door to burns after subsequent feedings of ferts low in N and high in everything else. Flowering plants eat N like there's no tomorrow, especially advacned late flowering. Give it one decent feeding of an even number fert--10-10-10. One...

    After flowering Nutrients

How about this? One part 20-10-10 to one part 15-5-20 to one part 0-20-10 That'll get you a mix of roughly 11-11-13, Alternate this with 0-20-10 each week SO, one week, 11-11-13, then 0-20-10 the next week which is basically on par what you get with most major nutrient feeding...

    Help needed urgently

Cool cool. Are these lower leaves getting good, direct light? Expect more to die off as the tops of the plants grab the light and deprive the lowers. They will naturally lighten up as chlorophyll production diminishes. No biggie, just a casualty of flowering.

    Help needed urgently

Sounds like you gotta add more than a drop of this stuff to a litre. Why don't you go 1/2 to 1/3 the recommended dosage your next feeing and report results?

    PPM rises past desired level

One more thing--- what is the origin of this plant? From seed? From clone? Those funky 3 leafers are quite common in DWC. I took a closer look at the pic. Yes, those leaves are pointy! I've gotten similar looking plants from taking clones off of flowering plants, too. Welcome to DWC!
