No man the 150's are just replacement bulbs, I'm runnin CFL in my fridge right now, their great for vegging, but to be honest not that great for flowering, that amount of money you would have to spend to get sufficient bulbs, you could just get a 150 watt HPS grow light with build in ballast...

Home depot does have 70 watt security lights for around $80 that are hps and will do the job for ya, they come with a built in ballast...so just plug and play!!

All hps light need a ballast, you could do 2-3 plants but they would have to be smaller or you will sacrifice quantity and quality,,,,you could use it to do a SCROG in a small area. how big is your room?
