Personally I wouldn't add anything and just let the plants reset, I would flush and let it just have water for a while so if it is nute burn the plant has a chance to wick it out, nature doesn't provide extra chemical nutes, so keeping your plants on just water won't kill em.....if your new, one...

It looks like the first pic might be nute burn and the second pic might be a nute deficiency, so its hard to tell, I would flush em and get your soil back to normal, if you can check the Ph, then slowly start adding nutes back into the soil, the plants are really small so they won't need much...
