i dont use either...i have used AN before, and i wasnt impressed.. used the connoisseur line and the sensi line. as for GH ive seen the results of GH in aeroponics with GH additives and they were good. as for myself i use house and garden aqua flakes line...and a lil phosphoload. and i must...
