I agree, ive been doing the exact same thing, started from the bottom and worked my way up, from day 1 of flowering to day 36 flowering which im at right now.

ok i made this wiring diagram for a 50w hps kit and i want to see what you pros think. i seen like 10 wiring diagrams and they didnt really apply to my setup. so i decided to draw up my own to see if you guys think its right

i see, thats impossible with a standard 24 hr timer. you could do it without a timer and use your own self to switch the light every 10 hours. but that gets annoying, do they make timers that just go hour by hour instead of daily/weekly timers?

i flowered on 11/13 cuz my plant got too damn tall, all i noticed that once i cut from 12/12 to 11/13 my plant flowered almost immediately

well a capacitor is good, i have a 50w kit with no capicitor, but i dont know if you need one just to run a 250w but i dont think its necessary.

this is my first grow and for the first couple weeks i got terrible stretching between nodes because of not having the lights close enough, then when i flowered that stretching just got worse.
