Looks like the light was too far away and they stretched, or they could just be bunk seeds bro. I'd try LSTing them and moving the light closer, as was mentioned before. Be sure to let us know how everything works out!

I would have Vermiculite and Perlite in my mixture but I can't get it this time of year where I live. Apparently it's out of season for us.

Oh absolutely normal! I planted a germinated seed last night and it sprouted this morning. The white you'll see is the root tail from the seed being germinated, the yellowish leaves will turn green.

Are you growing it, or is it already done and cured?

I'm pretty sure that once pollinated, they stop producing THC. Try flowering the plant and getting larger buds, that way you may get even more seeds.
