    Diesel Ryder 400 grow

That is a good deal, but it's alot smaller than the one he mentioned. That's pretty close to the size of mine.

That Homebox XL is ridiculous, it's huge. Would you put that 400 and another in there or do you have something else in mind?

    Diesel Ryder 400 grow

I have the homebox s and I like it. Of course I have nothing to compare it to, but the prices are good.

    help for pot sizes

Whatever you choose, you should consider square pots or grow bags to maximize space. I have the homebox s which is 31.5 x 31.5 and I use 9.5 x 9.5 inch (2.5 gallon) square pots in there to maximize my space. I grow Lowryder 2's so that works well for me, not sure what you would want to use...

    Turning mids into dank..

The way you get the most out of it is to try and everything the best you can. When you look at the the details about strains on seedbanks and they tell you the flowering time, the yields, and the potencty, those numbers are assuming everything goes as good as possible.

    Turning mids into dank..

I agree with Icepik. It's the way that they're grown and the way that they are dried and cured (or lack there of), and also how it's handled and packaged. They are very careless so they dry it as fast as possible and might not even cure it, and then handle it carelessly which causes alot of...

    Time to Chop?

With the way I do (and I'm on my 7th grow), I have never had harsh buds. It tastes great. Also, if it's burning that fast it's because of the drying and curing process...or lack there of. If you had enough nitrogen to cause the buds to burn that quick I would think that all the fan leaves and...

    Time to Chop?

As everyone said....check the trichs. Another thing that I didn't see anyone mention was that the cola and side branch tops are usually ready first, so when they are it's usually a good idea to chop those first and then let the lower buds mature a couple of days longer. You don't have to but I...

    Progress???

The pics are a little blurry, but they look ok from what I can see. It's pretty much impossible for someone to say yes they're on track or no they're not because with changes in environment and stress and nutrients, it could alter the grow by days or even weeks. What you need to do is start a...

    Diesel Ryder 400 grow

I use Bio Bizz All Mix soil, Earth Juice nutrients, and then I also add thrive alive and soluble silicate concentrate by alternative garden supply. For my lights, I start them out under two T-5 fixtures that have 8000 lumen output each, then after they show sex I move them into my tent (31.5 X...

    Diesel Ryder 400 grow

I hope you get 2 per plant. Those things are beauties. I bet they're stanky huh? I usually get 3/4 to 1 per plant with my LR2s, and I believe that the DR's are heavier yielding so.....

It all depends where you live. Someone down south or in a southern coastal state (I'm assuming you're in the US), could plant late. Someone north more or in the midwest on the other hand, couldn't. With most strains they will do better outdoors due to the light and unlimited root space. The...

    need quick respons

I wouldn't do a 24/0 light cycle. I've been growing auto's for over a year now and they respond much better with a dark period. I do 18/6, but I know alot of people do 20/4. There is a grow guide written by the Joint Doctor, who is the creator of Lowryder (the strain that all autoflowers are...

    Diesel Ryder 400 grow

I'm not positive what they yield but it has to be pretty good. Unlimited root space, and the sun....it probably ends up looking like a mini bush.

    Diesel Ryder 400 grow

I haven't grown any outside yet. Next season I'll probably do a mini guerilla grow to see what the yield difference is. I'm sure it will be significant. I have not pruned any of my LR2's. The one thing I have considered is lollipopping them to see if the weight the cola packs on is higher on...

    Diesel Ryder 400 grow

Hey kindnugs just read through the journal, good grow so far. I think you'll be fine on 18/6. The joint doctor says he only recommends switching lights to no less than 16/8, and says that can be done after the first month of growth with no loss of yield. I on the other hand have always stuck...
