You can start 1/4 dosage after 3-4 weeks of Grow Big and Big Bloom. And when you transplant, I think you wanna wait a good 10 days before you feed nutrients again. I did 2 grows using FF soils (Ocean Forest first followed by Happy Frog) along with the whole line of nutrients plus solubles.

If you're growing an autoflower, let it grow naturally. And definitely invest in a pH meter. I can't ever imagine using those pH strips.
