I would opt for the two 320s. More boards means more coverage, and at a wattage equivalent to one of your other options, more efficiency as well. You would also gain the advantage of more adjustability where height and placement are concerned.

Turn the QBs down. At 45w per square foot, you're well over the average that most here use for flowering (30-40 w/sq ft). Some have success at those higher light levels, but if you're having problems with heat, don't be worried about maxing the photons - you'll get great results, regardless...
