24oz per plant??? indoors,i think they hav been pulling your leg, that means the wet bud weight would have to be 2.7kilos, i hav never heard of anyone pulling more than 190z dry off a plant and that was a monster plant that had a 1000w hps only on it. i really dont think 24oz dry indoors is possible

your not gunna be able to pull more than 1.5oz per plant with cfl's, ive tried it, got the best and biggest cfl's on the market and they just don't stimulate bud growth like hps does, theres absolutely no way what so ever your gunna be able to pull 19 oz dry from using cfl's. sorry man

well then thats probably down to genetics more than soil, theres variations in every strain and some seedlings will natrually grow bigger and stronger than others, although perhaps the organic soil is better suited to mj than the MG , theres too many variables to truly know which factor it is...

'Any reason why one is much bigger than the other...organic soil???' it would possibly have grown slightly bigger because there would be more nutrients in the organic soil and the soil you are growing in has perlite in it which would provide more oxygen for the roots and help growth.

what strain/s are they? you can flower them at any time, the bigger they get the more bud they produce but you will also require very strong penetrative lights that will make use of the lower branches. cloning can take place at any time but its better to do it after around 4 weeks or later as...

stay away from pure sativa breeds, their very tempremental , indica's are usually easier to grow, someone mentioned northern lights, it is a really strain to start of with

hey im on my first grow and decided to go with cfl's as they were way more economical, but realised that although really good for veg, cfl's just arn't as good as hps in flowering. so i was wondering how much have you yeiled off of one plant with cfl's? how did you grow that plant? cheers

i have just done a full cfl grow and cfl's are extremely good for veg but the hps is far superior for flowering.

keep her and let her mature a bit, might as well, you've kept her this long and the white pistols would suggest she's growing and getting more fat, could turn out to be the best bud you hav ever had

hey I've been looking at upgrading my grow and getting a 600w hps. The air-cooled hps's are quite alot more exspensive but would it be worth it? and how much closer can you place the lamp on your plants? what is your experiecne with air-cooled hps's? rep> for gud info cheers

looks like a simple phosphorous deficiency, what kind of NPK is you bloom fertiliser as mj requires lots of P during flowering and a bad deficiency can retard bud growth
