Yeah, you will get great yields if cfls are used properly, evenly dispersed aroun the plants and really good coverage. CHeck out roseman he grows with cfls, crazy shit.

there are 3 wires, two of them are free and one is connect to a metal plate ( its taken from an amplifyer - thats the ground ) should i just ignore that and use the positive and negative in the light fixture doing it how that guy told me ( the right ones on the right terminals ) wear rubber...

im using a plug its not putting it to the plug, its wiring it to the light fittings...im gonna do it tommorow again tommorow. but the earth is attached to a metal plate, just i just cut it off?
