Search the internet for cheap buys. Try flora nova its pretty simple nstuff and its a two part nutrient . One for veg and one for bloom. Start with half strength based on what it says on the bottle and ph your water at around 6.8-7.0. Slowly increase your amount of food.

Ya just feed the ones in coco based off the back of the bottle and for the ones in the soil if they have been in the same pot for more than a month than its time for nutes. The food in the soil only lasts for a maximum of 30 days imo..

If you are in week four they will most likely to stop growing in height now and will start to fill out in density. They put on most of their weight during the last two weeks of flowering..imo

Flush it out. Then instantly give it a low dose npk fertilizer. Thats what i do when im in doubt. Go by the age of the plant as far as nutes. I would also flower asap. Sounds like they are pretty big plants>????
