There's nothing wrong with the yo yo. I just found it easier to use chains with s hooks. I'm going to upgrade from my homebox xs to the GL80. I hope it runs just fine with a 400w HPS....

I have a 4" air coolable reflector with a valueline 435cfm fan. My tent is only 2x2x4 so I definitely need my fan running at full power to pull the heat out. Current setup is reflector>ducting>fan>filter with the fan and filter being outside the tent due to space constraints.

@Wveers98, you will probably be ok venting it directly outside if you push the air through a carbon filter first.

Pick the right environment. I did it in the wrong environment and ended up hanging out with drunk people who had dropped earlier in the day and it was uncomfortable.

You can keep your ballast in your tent, however I'd recommend putting it outside because tents can get hot with all the added stuff. You can throw them into 12/12. Just remember that Indicas usually double in size when in flower and Sativas double or triple. It's up too you.
