Hi, I am making a grow box out of a file cabinet that is 42"tall 42"wide and 19"deep. What type of light would you guys recomed recomend for a grow box that size. Would a 250w HPS be sufficent? Thanks

cool thanks. One was stretching so I moved the lights closer. For florecents how many watts do you need per plant for the vegitive stage? Also what do you guys recomend for additives/food? I bought some miracle grow organic choice soil, but need to get some additives. I am geting a PH tester...

cool thanks. Turned out that one of the bulbs I though where all white was half and half, so I put that one in and the all white one in. While I am on the topic of lighting, are florecents good enough for vegitative growth stage?
