I think some ginger root certainly helps with the motion sickness, but the best remedy is to sit still and either keep your eyes focused in one specific area, or simply keep them shut.

If it was called "metamine" it was probably methoxetamine :) Have you ever tried it, or any other hallucinogens? MDXX is very different from mxe in effects. But mxe is very similar to K, and more potent.

I dose heavily, but not too often. Ill take between 7-10 grams of extract, every few days to every few weeks. The problem is that most liver damage is asymptomatic. The only way to tell is through blood work.

The roots are supposed to be safe. The leaves may contain a toxin. But its hard to find conclusive research. I want to get my liver enzymes checked one of these days so I can be sure I'm not damaging my body.
