You really only need blue and red. I use CFL, blue spectrum for veg and red for flowering an i get good results. Although plants do see a different spectrum to humans and find different lights useful.

Your designed looked quite good if you can iron out a few creases. Those pics don't look overly healthy though, the leaves should be reaching up toward the light. Like you say, looks abit like over watering! Its nice to see another Brit on here :)
