Personally... i would go for 2 simple extractor fans that you can buy at any hard ware store... i got an 18 watt one a while back for 15 euros... and they're pretty quiet.... solved my wardrobe heat issues...

Yeah.... its all home made man... except the hoods and bulbs, i borrowed everything else from various building site ive worked on ( got 4 x 250 ballasts and 2 x 400 watts last summer)... gonna swap the 400 and 250 ballasts for a lumetec 600 watter and a really good hood for the perp grow but...
