Heat issues are really rare. Its usually either burn or nothing. Especially in the outdoors heat stress is a rarity. I would give her a good flush with some distilled or spring water and take it from there. Foliar spray can also cause burn spots and such...It maybe a good idea to stop spraying...

If you are growing indoors, what I have noticed is that when I make my switch into flowering, I do not gradually reduce the light schedule. I just make the switch straight to 12/12. For the indica doms this has proven ( for me) to really stop any stretching or keep it to a bare minimum...

The only reason I base that statement is because of the lack of nutrients. Typically, most sativas are done by week 12, but without proper nutz its going to take longer to reach ripness :)

Well, due to me not knowing the exact genetics of your plants its hard to say. However, I take into account that those plants look to be sativa dominates. They typically take a long time to flower. Anywhere from 10-14 weeks flowering time. I would say you have sufficent lights. Moreso, I think...
