Sorry for the double post but if at all possible ditch the tap water also and get some RO (reverse osmosis filtered) water that could be what is causing you problems also

No if are in a hydro system IMO it is common for a calcium for a mag deficiency if your ph is to low it can lock calcium or mg out. I have had this problem before and just used a little CalMag and raised the ph to 5.8 and it fixed it. Good Luck with your grow.

Ok man unsure on your setup. Do your plants sit in water or does your pump constantly circulate water. Personally if it was me I would convert your setup to a DWC and do away with the water pump and dripper setup. if your roots reach the res at the bottom I would put in an air stone in the res...
