Sounds like you are on the right track. If I were you I would start with re-potting in a larger pot. Root bound plants can show trace mineral def due to not being able to properly uptake nutrients from the soil. Good to hear your other girls are doing well, but I would probably re-plant them...

What type of Soil? How tall are they?

Have you checked pH? It is hard to tell from the photo, but is the plant too big for the pot? Also, what grow medium are you using?
