I say definately, we will never recover from the deficit without it. Every state needs to legalize and tax and we should pay a federal tax also....tax .30 cent per dollar and split it .20 for the state .10 for the federal goverment and get us back where we need to be before China takes over...

check out my album cruss90... I only have CFL's 27 watts x 4 Daylight and 23 watts x 2 Soft White= 154 watts. so far so good. I would like to add another 2 Daylight X 42 watt bulbs or 2 t5's for the sides and under brush and I should be grood. I will switch everything to the 23 watt soft...
