yes welcome and yes it WILL ! stink your hole house up Get that filter before they begin to flower, its not that expensive and last you a year depending on how much you run it and how high RH you have (high humidity make em last less) just keep the ventilation to another room (I do the same)...

agree with JMD also, need to keep them CFLs closer, around 2-4 inches seems to work well for low watt fluorescence, even with my T5HOs (49W) I try to keep em at 4-6 and let em grow up to 2" before moving anything btw what Kelvin is them CFLs ? for a Auto I would go for 2700K tho 5000K can...

well, 20 inches away from T5 is too much, according to most Ppl. and my light meter T5HO or any kind of fluorescent light only provide strong light at close range, 2-4" and ok light at 4-12" after 15" my light meter don't even show a reading I keep my T5HOs around 4-6" and let em grow up to 2"...

yea best bed is to get some 2700K CFLs as DJ said if your budget really is that small, some 23W or bigger and on max 3000 Kelvin 2700K is to prefer and yes first weeks and last week of flowering the MH actually have a positive effect, in the early stages in the stretch (first weeks of 12/12...

my first panel is a Fero/Bulldog light on 280W with double lenses and customized for flowering, got a smaller/cheaper one on sale on 192W to supplement it with and cover around the same as my old 600W HPS, roughly 1x1m do the job

look really nice and healthy but you should really consider to swap to Reg/Fem seed`s instead of Auto`s when I look at mine at week 5 of flowering and around 3 week`s left, sure I had to Veg em out first, but that was done under some fluorescent light on a shelf wile my last batch did...

hey MyCo Bro just wanted to show you my Skunk 1# around week 5 under the LEDs and your right, the LEDs are strong, I bleach a Colar or two on every run :D don't seem`s it harm anything, you just get albino Bud`s I dunno with the A-51 ? as it got 5W chip`s but my 3W with double lenses...

A 400W cover about 3x3 ft so could both fit a 80x80 or a 1x1 tent pretty well and will for sure be able to flower 2-4 plant`s in that kind of space depending on size (length of Veg if it was me I would for sure go for the 400W with a 4" ventilation/filter to fit and a 1x1m tent, and grow 4...

look good, I had a few grows with a 600W HPS under my belt before I invested in LEDs and have now grown with em for 5 runs or so and I have no regrets what so ever and your right about the Heat/water factor and the penetration, at least with the 3W and 5W chips and them with double lenses...

LoL yea :D the world would changes a lot Im sure, make a eat-a-vision as well and you could live your live with out any contact to the outside world :D might be good for mother nature, tho Im sure woman's would take over in a even higher scale now that we (men) don't need to leave the house...

IMO its not necessary before they begin to flower, first then they really begin to stink like skunk, tho you will be able to smell big plant`s in Veg, but nothing compared to a flowering plant that easily can smell up a hole block and make it hard to live in the same space I don't use a filter...
