I haven't towed anything with mine.. I can seat up to 3 normal sized people on it.. Keep it waxed up all year long.. Built the shit outta the motor... I always flush it out, have a coolant t fitting and hook the garden hose up to it, and flush away. The battery is on a trickle charger...

Thats correct... If the roots dont have oxygen/moisture the crop goes down. I dont think just being in the water will be sufficient.. they need lots of oxygenated bubbles.

Went and picked up an electricity back up device. If the electricity fails here at my house, my hydro air pumps will still operate on batteries that are converted to 120 volts ac. Should be good for a few days without electricity.. never know. Without air, their history. Thinking ahead :)
