The expression mother plant is synonymous with keeper. You will never know until you grow them out and see for yourself which one(s) is worth continuing. Although the BB may be unstable and prone to hermies, that doesn't mean every plant will be shit.

You don't need the dome. They will get their water from the medium. They have no leaves to absorb the moisture in the air anyways and are subceptable to fungus and stem rot.

I have no experience with any of those strains, but I have heard a lot of negative things about the burmese kush, especially if they are feminized which it seems like yours probably are. Do yourself a favor and don't grow them.

The hermies can show up at anytime. They could be easy to find or sometimes pretty much impossible because they are inside the buds. Once the calyx is pollinated it will begin to swell and the pistols will receed. After that it takes 3-6 weeks for the seed to fully mature.
