A white-run system makes blacks commit crimes out of necessity.

I mean, if I was the one judging I would certainly give them lightened sentences, especially if it is a crim of necessity, which is a factor often overlooked.

The point is that a black will recieve a harsher sentence based on his skin color regardless of priors or severity of the crime.
