I don’t ph my water at all for peat / promix. I haven’t for years. The reason being that peat moss ph itself lives at 5.5 - 5.8. After mixing nutrients I was in the high 7 low 8 range and didn’t bother going down. Plants were all good.

I start my seeds in water with hydrogen peroxide. I also started pouring boiling water in my media effectively sterilizing it before transplant. Then let it cool and add in some mycos.

Often people stress test a male to see if they can force it to flower in veg. If it flowers in veg dump it is the mantra. Let it dry till drooping, keep it in a pot too small etc. If I can get a male to reveg it’s def a boss. But sometimes I just go with the most vigorous and best structure...
