Well, the advantage of clones is quantity. Reveg vs seed though... a clear winner if done properly as you have!

Wet paper towel, sandwich baggie, 80 degrees, not much light. Adds up to 100% success for me.

Obviously you would raise the light, but in the end you want to get the light down to 12" away .. but not at first when they are young and unacclimated to it. So Start out 18" above the tops and let them grow until it's 12" or so and then adjust it as they grow.

Temps sound like your issue. I kept my temps around 70-75 with lights on, never above 80F and down to 65-70 at night. Made the nugs dense.

You also have to factor in up to another week of veg growth before flowering begins. My plants tripled in height when I switched. 30 days of veg they were about 10-12" tall. 8 weeks of flower and they were 30-34" tall.

You have to look at a CFLs true wattage, not the equivalent output. The manufacturer will put a big 60WATT or 75WATT or 100WATTS!! label on the box, and somewhere smaller you can see the power draw. 100s are 23-26w I believe. Check the lumens as well. The 100w equivs put out around 1750 for the...

Just skip a day. 12 hours on, 24 hours off, 12 hours on and go with the new schedule. You really won't hurt anything. Just tell yourself it was a really dark and cloudy day in nature.
