they didnt sprout yet, i have 2 grows going. this is the latest. using all cfls, but ive been considering throwing an affordable MH for vegging in and a HPS flowering both hundred watt, with the addition of a couple cfls i should get a good grow going.

If i use a single hundred watt Metal Halide bulb for vegging how close to the plants should it be? The space is a book shelf i have mcguyverd to a grow box. 2.5-3feet wide and about 4-5 feet tall.

Yeah this is exactly why i plan on doing a lot of LST. Thats the length and width by the way. The height also isnt much more than that probably but its a bit more. How do you do transplants? And when would you say its safe to start LST? 3 or 4 nodes im guessing because of my height constraints.

My seedings are at day 3, some at day 2. I would like to know the pros and cons of 24/0 and 16/8. Some say never have any dark during veg, some say 16/8 is for veg, some say even 20/4. What is the difference in how it impacts the plants growth speed, size, etc. Also if darkness is...
