I suppose the question I should be asking is. How much water should I typically use to soak the initial soil in a 12 ltr cloth pot before planting seed?

That’s the way I went it’s a 12 ltr cloth pot so just over 2 gallon.

It is however if I’m being honest with myself I think I would lose enthusiasm quite quickly towards anything other than the weed seeds. I suppose I accept I am going to make mistakes and that at £13 a seed they will be costly ones :o but that’s ok.

When you say soak medium how much water should I give it?

Ok bongsmilie in the meantime fresh one has been popped in a glass. What should I do in terms of preparing the soil for the new one. Do I need to water it? Here’s little pot I should have used I guess

Yeah I feel stupid now. Was trying to avoid transplant stress and I’ve probably created more stress this way than I ever would have.

So 2 days later (day 6).and leaves starting to yellow. Haven’t given it anything since previous post. Guessing it is due to overwater. What you think?
