What are you growing in? soil? Ocean Forrest? Yes, you are probably overdue for a feeding. I would recommend you go to their website & get their feeding schedule for your medium. I use Fox Farm & starting feeding at 1/4 strength after 3 weeks.

Make sure your lamps are T5 HO. You should then change them out (and the CFLs) to a flower spectrum when time. Cut some holes, get a computer fan, make a DIY carbon filter & beercan reflectors and start growing!

Yep, I like the T5 HO. I veg with it, but don't flower with it. Look for a 2' 4-tube fixture, it should fit. Consider adding some CFLs on the side.

I would also recommend Ocean Forest. For a new grower, it is nice to get it all in one bag. Where possible, cut the OF with Light Warrior for seedlings. Add no nutes for first 3 weeks.
