I understand the harvesting at 5-10% amber part. but wouldn't the amber contribute to the couchlock effect contributing to a more indica smoke rather than the uplifting energetic high of the Sativa? or it doesn't matter and sativas are harvested the same.

I have no argument for your statement but I have never heard that before. Are most Sativas not grown at 12/12 then? Im not a sativa guy myself, however I do like a hybrid. I get to try something new I guess.
