Just for information my sister in law was living in my shops mother in law suite and ran 2 1k heaters and my electric for my house went from 280 a month to over 870. I took those heaters away from her and gave her some ventless propane heaters.

Its why I'm getting solar back on my house. Unfortunately it's not feasible for any of my grows. I looked and to run one of my buildings with solar was going to make the solar installer a good chunk of money lol.

A/c cost less to run. For instance my geothermal in the winter the compressor would run 238 watts to heat the house to 74 degrees and 37 watts to cool the house to 70. Cooling is easier and less cost on the building or growing.

OF isn't really a hot soil. The seed starter I use has a higher nutrient load then OF. It's on par with the strawberry fields bag soil. It had enough to feed my momma plants for 1.5 months before fading out.

It could be a different pheno is all. Not every pheno will turn purple

There are c3, c4 and cam plants. Cannabis is a c3 plant which means it doesn't require a dark period for vegetative growth. It only requires darkness to trigger the hormone changes that signal its time to fruit/flower.

Veg and seedlings all get 24hrs of until time to flower. I tried 18/6 but I run Co2 and I have them drink it all up 24/7.
