How come the plant produces more trichomes with 24-36 hours of darkness before harvest?? and also whats the difference between curing it and jarring it? i thought curing was putting it in the jar and opening it every once in a while to slowly remove the moisture

i have a 12 dollar 100x zoom microscope from radio shack but i dont really get where the trichomes come from, are they on the leaves or on the white hairs or on the green where the white hairs come out of, im pretty sure its the third of those, and also i have trouble keeping my hands steady...

ok so i have this thought it could be stupid but i figured i would try. If i sprouted a plant to about six inches and then laid it on its side, would it continue to grow. If this was the case you could grow without very much height in your grow area??? just looking for some ideas or input...

its outdoors and im just growing nothing but water and sun

it is between 30-40 at night and i think i need about 3 weeks left i until flowering and by then it will be colder than it is now...it has been flowering for like 7 weeks

ok i have tried a bunch of times but keep getting different answers. i have come to the conclusion that it is the cold that is changing my plants to the blackish purple color but i dont know what to do about it. Harvest now or wait it out?
