Yes. I have a 600 watt HPS but will be using the mh for the first two weeks of flowering as to create bud sites closer to each other. I will then use the HPS for the next 4-6 weeks, and finish off with the mh again for the last two weeks for more dense buds and way more trichome production...

Also looks like nutrient deficient which ph being to high will cause. If the ph isn't right, it will keep the plant from being able to absorb the nutes that are in there, causing an over abundance of nutes and nute burn as well.
