I ordered myself the XGS 190, my tent is 120x120x200. Seeing the tiny price difference between the two I'd rather go with the XGS than the SGS.

What Javadog said: The Hans panel (also called Bonsaihero panel) would fit nicely in and wont be overkill for that space. There is 65 and 80 watts versions (they are real watts, not supposed maximum watts), I think the 65 would be enough.

The probable best option for your budget and tent dimensions is the Area51 SGS 160 or XGS 190

    Area 51

I ordered one today. The lights are out of stock right now, but will be in stock again the 10th of this month, so he's probably busy assembling the parts. Healenz, you might be even more frustrated later if you make a choice in a hurry. My last contact with A51 is on the 27th aswell.

Hi ya all Not sure if this was posted before but while I was drooling on the Area51 lights I saw this in their FAQs, anyone has info hes willing to share? A small 85 watts panel is on the way... With the actual rate €/$, it might even be more interesting than a Hans! Q: Are you coming...

Sounds exactly like me, Im going nuts and cant decide what I should get. And being a first time grower doesnt really help either... I was about to pull the trigger on the Plant Photonics or Hans Panels but since I've read Tags posts I just cant get the ApacheTech gear out of my mind. Tags if I...

Not that much if you make the count over 3, or even better, 5 years. It's around 1050€/1100€ for both options. 2 PP90 +2HP or 4 HP +1 PP90. The big advantage I see is that the setup will be modular, I can arrange them as I want and in the long run, it will cost less than 5...

Yeah I just thought about that, really have to be careful. So far I've decided to go local and give priority to well made gear anyway, so it will probably be a mix of Hans and Plant Photonics units. I'll probably start with a PP 90W + a Hans panel and from then I'll decide how much of each I'll...

Thanx again for the advices ya all. So I was calculating how much I can spend, then contacted Area51 who gave me a good quote for 2 units, wich made the choice more difficult... so I was about to order the Hans panels anyway when i suddenly decided to check again some other sites I've visited...

Hi all, here's my question: I'm new to growing and I decided to start a small setup. The box will be around 4x4x6,5 (1.2M X 1.2M x 2M) but i dont want to use HPS lights or anything similar so i'm heading towards LED lightning. Did a bit of homework, and I narrowed down a few led panels for my...
