I wanna kno when to harvest.

google is your friend, my friend. trichomes are the most accurate way of telling when i plant is ready. i like to chop at about 50/50 milky and amber. After a couple grows you may be able to tell just by looking, but trics are still the most precise. invest in a 20x-30x microscope and take a peek!

    first time grow. brown spots.

you should always pH every time you water. 6.5-6.8 is good for soil. if the fans blowing hard on the leaves they will dehydrate too fast, which is the cause of windburn. start phing your water, make sure your fan is not beating the heck out of your plants. temps are okay, 75-78f is best. other...

    Dark green plants.

looks good to me! maybe just use plain water your next watering, and/or cut down on your N. They still need some N for flowering, to keep the leaves green, but no where near as much as veg. all in all, they're lookin like some beautiful ladies :bigjoint:

    First grow bubbleponics with problems

once you start using more nutes, that should help buffer the pH better. a wild swing in pH could also indiciate a pathogen in your water, which might be something to watch for as well. temps and humidity seem to be okay. they might just be slow starters, without pics its a little tough to say...

    Flimsy stem help please

the best way to strengthen a stem is to have oscilating fans in the grow room. i try not to point them directly at the plants, unless they're smaller fans. i try to 'bounce' the air off the walls to make my ladies dance a bit. grow on!:bigjoint:

    Sup With This?

Most flower nutes contain little nitrogen, as it is commonly believed flowering plants dont need it. Growers like Uncle Ben say that it's important to keep leaves green through veg and into flower. Personally, i mix my nutes 1/4 veg 3/4 flower to help with N. The only time i want yellow leaves...

    Root Rot?!? AK Auto DWC

It could be from a lack of oxygen, or some bad organisms in your water. I've been around a couple DWC grows. Everytime micros were used i noticed slime and/or root rot. your roots look relatively white and healthy thus far. I'm a fan of Al B Fuct, he used H202 for aeration and to combat root...

welcome to RIU! I hope you enjoy your stay with us! bongsmilie That being said, I would have gotten my medium and room set up far before germing my seeds. I'm primarily soil, but 1:3 perlite to coco sounds about right. what lights/ventilation have you purchased or considered? where are you...

First indoor grow, tips and advice greatly appreciated

looks great man! a high humidity is alight for veg, in flower it'll cause problems with bud rot and the like. eventually it might cause mold issues in your room as well. i tend to agree with red, more ventilation might help the situatiuon. other wise they look like happy, healthy plants!

    What's wrong with my plants?

it could be a N deficiency, as most flower nutes contain little to no Nitrogen. It could also be a slight K deficiency, as the plant uses loads of this for flowering. what pH is your water? Are you using tap, RO, distilled? they look really good for a first time grow!

    dwc undercurent

with the scrog net, it might be hard to change res water, check ph etc without jarring the plants around. i would say a res/3rd bucket would be good for ph and ppm checks, and res changes. just my 2 cents!

What is wrong with my leaves?

what kind of water are you watering with? my leaves look like that when i cheap out and use tap water. looked around, and it might be from the chlorine. Also, it could be a little heat stress. what are the temps where you live?

what're you conditions like? temp, light, humidity, medium etc? do you have a fan blowing in your grow room? an oscilating fan blows plants around a little, forcing the cells on the stem to strengthen. that stem looks like mine when i tie them down too tight, or when i pinch too hard when i...
