If you are going to run ducting from the tent, up to the attic, and out the roof(which you should do). Then that is going lower the cfm of air your fan is exhausting. I dont know the exact percentage, plus all filters vary, but the filter eats 75% more or less of the cfms from the performance...

Actually the part about a bigger fan is it moves more cfm . So at a lower speed it runs the cfm of a small fan at higher speed so you can actually quiet down your operation . Also. Careful about venting straight to attic, make sure to connect to the bathroom exhaust or a roof vent so you don't...

Also , I use an 8 inch for my 2x2 tent. I have about 25 feet of ducting and a 200 cfm filter . I used to have a 4 inch but it was barely just enough on full blast. Bigger fan and flanges than you need are only gonna help you run it quieter and cooler.

Are you worried about people knowing you grow when they walk in the house? If my tent is opened just a Crack or my exhaust fan is of during flowering my house starts to get dank. Is the closet left open ? Where are you gonna exhaust to ?

lol funny.. but all Im saying is I have burned plants before.. and usually the signs are apparent in fans as well and not just in the lil hairs.. if you could see these flowers in person you would see dark red and its not totally a burn look. Ive never seen this happen before and was hoping...

and about a lil over a week into flowering I noticed just as some of the hairs are coming , the tips are turning red. Its kind of hard to tell in the photos so I apologize about that but, looked online to diagnose problems of red hairs early flowering and saw some say its a sign of pollination...

when my salvia divinorums get tall, I break then. and shave them a lil with clean blade and just stick it in with out adding antying.. it soggy for like 4 days then pops right back

They seem cheap enough to give them a run ! try shading your therm like supra mentioned, I have a cone paper cup that is cut down to about an inch above mine around the wire like a lil umbrella

Thanks for that @Abiqua ! I think Ill go with wiring in a series if I acquire that meanwell . I was thinking parallel as I would use a connector and split 1 to 4

I wanted to find a dimmable as well. but the more I think about it , im pretty sure Its just gonna be on full blast since im using 50watts less if I go with this driver. Is there an advantage of running it in a series rather than parallel

I decided im gonna go for the driver swap to lower my wattage for the size Im in. Just to make sure, If I wanted 1 driver to run all 4, it would have to have an output of 144volts or more ?

I have 2 of these 6inchers 1 of these maybe 4inch and one of these ghetto but solid mounted 8 inch or so on the intake side
