The one I saw was super slow in veg, but more than doubled size in flower. It smelled like mountain dew baha blast from taco bell but after it cured was more mellowed and more candyish. The buds were good size but not rock hard. Upbeat head high. Loved it.

Sorry, i had to edit what I said... To answer the OP original question... I personally say its a waste of time. Trying to fuse all of those 26 plants together properly would take months I'd imagine, and then to veg them all out long enough to take clones from it and then what? You'd be better...

I've seen it done when taking a clone of the top and then flowering the mother in a Y shape. To me it seems like you get a lot more by having two stacked colas vs. just having one... but I dont have the exact infos to back that up. Although, if the shape of the plant takes up to much space...

Males still need nutrients so it can continue to develop the parts of the plant needed to reproduce. You could get by with less for sure, but you should not cut it all out. You also don't have to keep it alive nearly as long, just long enough to collect.

@dave If you get a female and if you spray with CS, yeah a good cross can come out of it. There is the issue of timing everything so you actually get seeds. The spray may take a while to produce pollen and by that time it might be to late to put it on your plants. You might try your hand at...

If you spend extra on Area51, the extra weight you get from using it will justify the cost. They also have a really great warranty. You can also try some DIY work with cobs. You really get a lot of bang for your buck if you build it yourself.

It's probably to late. It should look like a ball of hairs and not even really like a bud. Usually between days 20-30. I guess maybe if your strain is super slow, a 14 week sativa or something... but seeds take anywhere between 4-6 weeks so calculate that out and tell us what you get.

Yeah like fran said, swap the plugs on the drivers and see what happens. I've had a bad diode and just tried bridging around it. More diodes kept blowing one after the other and I got sick of fucking with it. After this happened on 2 blackstar panels, I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to buy one.
