My latest grow chamber is little over 2ftx2ftx7ft tall. And I run two ladies in 5 gallon fabric pot s and use a 400hps cooltube. 79F Is the highest temps so far.

You could but I was assuming the framer/carpenter was a friend. You could just call a contractor which will do it all. Main question what are you trying to achieve , something that many will see and want to look nice and professional or just the basic and simple that you and few will seeing?

Just fine , but your watering needs to be refine and you'll definitely have bug problems. So make sure you allow your soil to dry probally 3 - 4 days depending on how much you water in sessions. And the bugs, start researching fungus gnats and how to combat them.

I would and some more to the top creating a small mound at the base to center and also create a watering ring like affect. Just make sure you medium / compost isn't higher than the lip of the pot so your water doesn't run off the sides.

Just from the top layer of soil looks like straight compost? And add some more soil to the top, to counter for that stretch. Center the seedling while in the process.

Same 68f is what I keep ambient temps to , but I had a 10 degree difference from Canopy temps and base (bottom of pot) temps which when lights went off got even colder , may not be your problem may just be overwatered and took in to much N.

I was battling the same problem , I see your top leaves looked just like mine dark green and extreme downward taco claw like. And like Gary G said overwatered but in my case , that wasn't the case. My soils temps got cold 54f to be exact , my fix was I added a cfl and small fan that blows on it...

Well the truth is, and I've built homes for over 15 yrs , Unless you need structure and or by code , yes your 2 x 4 spacing will need to be either 16 or 24 inched spacing , followed by either 1/2 or 5/8 Drywall . But if you don't have to worry about load which you dont , there is not need for...

Thanks , yeah im thinking I should defol its so dense with foliage its almost pitch black in center of plant. 400w hps cooltube and vero 18 cob led for beginning weeks. But yeah I don't beleave in the whole stripping but im my case I got big fans leaves directly on top of each other.
