Well Monsanto does have their mitts into weed, that's a fact. And Big AG is also into weed, there are greenhouse ops as big as football fields growing weed. As far as I'm concerned that qualifies as Big AG! They may lobby to keep us peons from growing weed, maybe sue a few of us for growing...

I've seen hydro weed ripped out of a deep water culture complete with big assed harry rootball get the twist method into a huge pot of supersoil and survive reasonably well. I wouldn't suggest it but hey... the dude needed extra room in the house so he put the plant in the garden.

Probably not that bad, it's just a pain in the ass and needs either 2 people if you want to reuse the pot or a set of scissors. The roots prune themselves anyway cant really see that much of a difference unless you shit kick them on the way out of the sack?

Heck I have tomato plants in my grow room that sit in solution all the time! Some are just in Kratky jars others rubbermaid tubs with bubblers! All seem to be rockin it! I may even try growing weed like this! I will have lettuce in jars soon! It's a nice method cuz they don't take up much space...
