I got mone from Omega it's sadly not adjustable however I've ordered a smaller light which should do me okay.

I've actually got a 600w ballast it's not adjustable unfortunately could I use a smaller watt bulb in it?

Thanks you, I've actually found some suitable lights really cheap around £10 I'll put the 600w hps to one side until I get a bigger tent and start again when I've got the suitable lighting. Thanks for the help.

I feared that would be the case, thanks for the info this is my first time and I actually had it doing amazing under loads of random LEDs but I'll invest in a veg light (T5) thanks for the quick reply, do you think my grow tent set up is ok? That image is from the random LEDs.

I believe my 600 watt bulb has fried my plant, will I be able to restore my plant or will it die? And should I use a 250-300 watt bulb instead? Also I have added pictures of my set up, should I changed or adjust anything? Thanks.
