is this normal? im 2 weeks into flowering. I had 10 weeks of veg. the lowest fan leaves that come out of the main stem are falling off. the rest of the plants seem healthy and are flowering nicely. is it because the lower stuff isn't getting as much light?

im running into a problem with fungus gnats. when I water with nutes they come on strong. I have SNS203 that does a good job getting rid of them, but as soon as I go back to nutes, the gnats come back. I really want to get some nutes to the plants but I have to use the 203 as well...... so can...
