Ya the 23w will work but, the 26w puts out more lumens (brighter) but the 42w are a little more expensive but will pay for themselves, cause more light, the bigger the plants and buds, and personally I use https://www.rollitup.org/organics/539844-subs-supersoil.html I believe it works the best...

Without being right there with you going through your routines to figure it out, I'm still gona go with, it looks like you spilled something (water/nutes) on your leaves and put it back under the light and maybe a lil Mag def going on too....AND...the top of the plant in pic 8 has it's leaves...

Well I followed the instructions..lol..and put 4 teaspoons Neem per gal and 1 teaspoon of dawn (or an environmentally safe dish soap) for an emulsifier...and I use it all the time as a preventitive for leaf munchers...and my mugs have no bugs :weed:
