Update I flushed but now (and I think even before I flushed) my bottom leaves are turning yellow and it seems its going up

I just fushed one of my plants because of nitrogen toxicity I was just wondering when do I begin to see her get better (wanted to know because im not sure if the flushed work or not)

Im using a mixture of coc fibre white and and black pear worm humus, perlite pre fertilised 14-16-18

About 3 days ago but before that it was about a week thw soil isnt that heavy and its slightly moist

I usually water when I feel the soil has dried up (I put my finger in about an inch deep) And as for how many times I watered in the past 2 weeks Iwatered about twice with 1 litre

Update I raised the lights and my blue dream looks a lot better but my cbd crack pretty much got worse (Pics below)
