Thanks Till now everything was ok except for this past week I had some problems with the light and watering

This is my first grow and im running into some problems A lot of people told me its because of under or over watering but I dont really know which one so im stuck trying to decide what should I do im growing a cbd crack and a blue dream bith autos from fast buds they are in 3 gallon/11litre...

So what should I do some people are telling me its under watered some other are saying overwatered Should I just let it dry and water till run off everytime it dries ?

Thanks a lot so next time I water I should just water till a little run off appears ? Also does anyone know how long it will take for the plant to look healthy again ?

Actually I split the 850 ml in two and watered twice so there wasnt really any run off Which was probably a mistake

My temps range from 23-26 and ny RH is about 50% I just raised my light yesterday and as for nutrients I havent really gjven them any since I was using a pre fertilised soil (14-16-18) but I was thinking about starting sensi bloom this week

So what do you think I should do ? Was thinking of removing the lst and giving the plant time to recover from the light stress and starting lst again after she recovers

Regarding lst I just tied one of my plants yesterday but today she looks very droopy and unhealthy overall Could this be the reason ?
