Look at fan picture in post 6. Lift the metal fan box off the grow box and put strip of foam between the two. Not tight, this should stop a lot of the noise.

I would think if you use some of that foam between the fan and the box it would stop the motor noise from vibrating . I'm a rookie grower, but an expert McGiver

Well I cut the rapid rooter and looked inside . It was a top , but the seed pod had stayed behind, it looks like the top rotted off . I kept them warm , maybe it was too warm and moist. Well if any experienced guys had seen this before , it would be nice to know what mistake I made. First...
