It’s a simple question guys what works better in 2x2 space even 3x3 250 watt cfl bulb or 450 watt leds

250w cfl va 450 w led. I don’t know how watts work and lights in herbal when it comes to plants (I know a tad how they need different colors spectrums in different stages)
